Twenty- five years of Suneet Varma have been as much a tale of a pioneering Indian fashion designer as of the Indian fashion industry. It has been a quarter century of an exciting, electrifying, roller-coaster ride where heady surges of progress rolled into slower periods of consolidation, dipped into gloom inducing lows, and then gathered speed to crest to glory. More significantly, it is a story still in the making.

Suneet celebrated his 25th anniversary milestone with his 2012 Couture shows, ‘The Eternal Lightness of Being’ and ‘A Passage to India’.

He also unveiled a couture shoe line with his Fall 2012 Collection. Each pair is hand crafted and delicately designed. Embellished with zardosi, pearls, lace, zari, thread embroidery and SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. The exclusively designed collection consists of pumps, peep toes and unique styled jootis.

Suneet has also designed a precious gemstone bottle in Rose Quartz and Black Aventurine hand carved and hand inlayed with the rare ‘Grey Mother of Pearl’. The brilliance of the SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS crystal adds to the allure of this bottle. All of the designer’s love for precious stone, Indian craft of inlay and romance of the fragrance has been brought together to lay the foundations for a beginning of fragrance from the House of Suneet Varma.
